Planet Internet denounce

Planet Internet is a subsidiary of the former state KPN. In this known internet provider I had an ADSL subscription. I paid € 35, = for 3mbit line. Last June, ISP Tele2 had an action of € 10, = per month for a 10mbit connection. The price difference was so great that I decided to unsubscribe at Planet and switch to Tele2. In a year that I would be more than 200 save EUR.

In June a registered letter sent to planet internet with the announcement that I wanted to terminate my subscription at this. Once again directly confirmed by telephone, because I was already behind the planet's great customer service. I have held neatly to the notice, because that's what people sometimes forget.

Several weeks ago I received a letter from my phone KPN they were close. But I had no command given, therefore equal the phone at hand and there are once again a call back. In conversation with a customer service representative was clear to me that this is the end of my ADSL internet subscription planet had to do. This immediately corrected.

And then you imagine that if you want a reconciliation of planet they first neatly send a letter to my girlfriend (the telephone is in her name) whether they are going to accept that her telephone is used. But send a letter to ask if they agree to it to the phone to shut down is not there.

A week later received a letter from Planet Internet that they regretted that I had terminated the subscription.
But the date was August who insisted 2008 !! So back to the customer service call (€ 0.45 per minuut) and there half an hour on the phone sitting to explain that 2008 was incorrect. After several automated menus and connect to other employees has finally got the right employee on the phone. Who agreed that Planet Internet had made a mistake. Probably because they were so busy with the many denunciations.

A large package of Tele 2 received with my new modem. After a few minutes I had everything plugged in, but unfortunately not connect. After a brief conversation with the customer tele2 (local rates) the problem was solved. I had my UTP cable into the wrong connector printed. This was also mentioned in the manual, but I almost never read. The speed is quite noticeable as `n 10 mbit adsl connection is great. On average I get 8Mbit with peaks up.

I have nothing against Planet Internet. In recent years I have never known failure or problems, but the price of the subscription is not justified.
And if you want you off a few months more before they (like) understand. Also they ask a lot of money for a simple ADSL connection. Now I use an action of tele2 normally so what `n € 20, = cost. It is much cheaper and faster. I have already made the choice so watch the action `s tele2 and take advantage with it.
