Fiberglass ordered from Concepts ICT

A few months ago our neighborhood with fiber optic. Then you get offers from several providers, but we have decided not to go into. (Once the annual contract) It is too crazy for words. Meanwhile I regret that I have fiber optic internet at Concepts ICT ordered.

Now I would not say a bad internet Concept ICT company, but what they may be clearer to the customers. An email / letter or phone call had certainly been in place. That with technical trouble is certainly not my problem.
