No reception WIFI internet

You want to receive wireless Internet in a secluded spot. Such as at home in the attic or the garden. The signal is too weak to connect to the internet can bring, or could easily. This problem is often presented to me.

After some research on internet I found a manufacturer called "ALFA NETWORKS" against. This manufacturer sells more powerful wifi receivers. In the Netherlands a few online stores that sell them. (ca.50 euro). With a little searching I found one on E-bay for 25 euro (including shipping)

This past week I have the wifi adapter from Alfa Networks tested. The WiFi adapter is plugged into the computer in the attic (between layers of concrete) The WiFi adapter had absolutely no trouble getting my internet signal to pick up. Compared to my old wifi adapter is an improvement over 50 percent. There are more wireless connections found. I also have a test conducted in an open field and I could still connect to around 150 meters from the source. I am quite convincingly that the Results Advanced even better with a better antenna. The type I bought was AWAS036NHR. The WiFi adapter is equipped with a 5 dBi antenna and works on all operating systems. (Windows/Mac  Linux)

The reason why this wifi adapter can hardly be purchased at local computer stores is that they are prohibited under Dutch law. This type of wifi adapters have too heavy a transmission power (comparable to your mobile phone). Use of this wifi adapter is at your own risk.
